Thank you for shopping with Plugged In Prov! We appreciate your business and are excited for you to receive your items. All of our products are handled with care and shipped from our location in Rhode Island.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website pluggedinprov.com.

All Sales Are Final

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size, color, or product ordered

• Dissatisfaction with the product

By completing a purchase on our website, you are agreeing to our "All Sales Final" policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer refunds or returns, we will address issues with orders that are a result of our error.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide proof of the damage or incorrect item, including photographs of the product and the original packaging.

Please contact us at robbie@pluggedinprov.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, we will send you a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet our criteria.

Shipping

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If you have any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
